Problems after reinstall SQL 2000

I had to uninstall SQL 2000 to remove SP4, now after reinstall SQL,
SQLSERVERAGENT is unable to start and opening Enterprise Manager cannot
connect to server.
It′s installed on Windows 2000 Server SP4.
Thanks a lot. What errors? Check your SQL Server error logs and the Windows Event viewer
(sys and app logs)

EXCEPTIO_ACCESS_VIOLATION. Sql Server termina este proceso
When try to start SQLSERVERAGENT it′s register a menssage in event viewer
